“Pros: Great location. Nice quiet building. Cons: Often dirty, especially with construction. Gutting apartments means construction noise ALL OF THE TIME. Money hungry landlord is renovating more and more units. Terrible management - nothing ever gets fixed. Advice to landlord: Care about the people. Not just the money.”
