“Pros: Great neighborhood. Neighbors were great. Cons: Bugs. Mice. Loud street activity all night long. Lobby never cleaned. Squeaky & uneven floors. Advice to landlord: Get a Super!”

“Pros: Owner /management is super responsive and accommodating to our needs. Cons: It’s LES… a bit noisy especially on weekend nights if your apt faces the street. Pests arent usually a problem but there are small gaps under our doors for them to get in. I use door sweeps and glue traps to prevent them getting in. Advice to landlord: Better noise / AC insulation through the windows”
