“Pros: Units seem nice at first glance Cons: Riddled with pests (mice, roaches, bed bugs) Major leaks AC units leak & don’t work Irresponsible management, not responsive, combative”

“Pros: Nothing really comes to mind Cons: Heat is included in the electricity and makes electricity bill 150+ every month. Thin walls, can head upstairs neighbor and next door neighbors. Can hear when microwaves from other apartments start/end, can hear when next door neighbor turns showed, no privacy at all and feels like I’m in a room with the other apartments on the same floor as different rooms with the lack Of privacy. Ants and roaches are frequent in this building Advice to landlord: Nothing at this point building was made this way”

“Pros: The views from the balcony. The price and location. Cons: Building is smelly, it’s always stinky in the elevator. Feels unkempt Advice to landlord: Improve building’s hygiene”
