“Pros: Both the management and super were very responsive and will help to solve the problem without any BS. Straightforward. Love it. Cons: The laundry Room can be improved but hey, at least there is laundry room in the building! Advice to landlord: Invest to brighten up the hallway will really upgrade the whole look (and maybe laundry room).”
