“Pros: Spacious and right near the park and A train! Cons: Super goes through your trash and publicly shamed people by putting their mail up on the wall for not recycling properly. I even saw that he put someone’s prescription meds bottle up on the shelf by the trash because they didn’t recycle it which is totally wrong Advice to landlord: Stop going through trash”

“Pros: Supers and management are very responsive, great location, respectful neighbors, no major complaints. Cons: Cockroaches are an ongoing battle, but the exterminator is available monthly.”

“Pros: Laundry room, super responsive super, clean common areas, nice renovations. Cons: Slight roach issues in some units. Advice to landlord: Respond to noise complaints, enforce noise levels as stipulated in lease terms.”
