“Pros: Nice block, nice architecture, pretty clean and safe. Large apt. Live in Super. Husband and wife keep bldg clean. Cons: Landlord plays games with heat and hot water, Wont replace items rather replaces with used appliances. Recycle has to be taken down to basement. Elevator breaks down. Some unruly neighbors, smoke cigarettes and weed, often , domestic disturbance. Mice and Cockroaches. Advice to landlord: Turn the heat and hot water on! Show the bldg some $$$.”
