“This building is ran by a bunch of horrible slum lords. I managed to get in, but I know that if I ever tried to move out, I would lose tons of money, nevet get a sublease approved or recoup any broker fees. Call leasing (like my friend did 100x) and you'll never get anywhere. If you can get in, God help you, but the idiots (Shannon and some others) that work in the office will block you because they get illegal kickbacks from the brokers. Chelsea is great, this building needs new management. THey dont even let you up to pay the rent--they are afraid of getting served!”

“I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it. The building was meticulously cared for and the staff was incredible. During the blackout, they had the staff individually walking people up and down the stairs. I only moved out because my husband wanted a pre-war building. I'd move back in a heartbeat.”
