“Pros: Friendly staff, kind neighbours, and the best water pressure I've ever experienced. I've lived here 4 yeard and have never once seen any pests, which is unheard of in NYC Cons: Being a co-op, can sometimes take some jumping through hoops to get repairs done.”

“Pros: Building Staff Neighborhood Security Cons: Close to NYU students which can get old fast Advice to landlord: NA”
