“Pros: Quiet building, great super, pet friendly, responsive landlord. No one cares about anything which could be beneficial or detrimental depending on your needs. Cons: Management doesn’t uphold their promises. Never repair anything, everything is always “ordered” “will be fixed next week”. Washers been broken for months… dishwashers leak, roaches and mice.”
