“Pros: I enjoy the aesthetic and the landlord is very responsive, I appreciate I don’t have any pest issues or issues with neighbors. Cons: I do wish some things were renovated and get like more care went into the general build of the apartment. Advice to landlord: Make renovations to the units, the apartments would be way more appealing and comfortable to live in.”
