“Unit 3E Pros: good apartment layouts, laundry in building, location Cons: Water flowing down multiple walls, in the closets, and bathrooms. Bathroom ceiling and walls falling apart. "Raining" water in the bathroom. Issues with mice in the basement. Do not come fix water damage that is reported for multiple months. Advice to landlord: fix your pipes and roof. When leaks are reported, actually fix them.”

“Pros: Layout of apartment was good Cons: Had several water leaks that were never addressed. Water damage never fixed. Neighbors had mice and roach infestations that were unaddressed. Random people camp out in the lobby area of the building. Consistent issues with front door locking properly. Had to make reports to 311 and 911 and issues were still never fixed. Had to get attorney general involved to get security deposit back after moving out. Management ignores calls and emails and we didn't have a phone number for the super.”

“Pros: Water pressure, hot air isn’t too too strong Cons: Packages broken into and stolen frequently”

“Pros: Top floor (5th) at least had no roach /bug issues, thankfully. 2 washers/dryers each that were pretty good + effective. Cons: Basement shared with a restaurant at the time so i had seen an occasional rat in the basement laundry. Super is kind but inefficient. When the ainsworth was open it was noisy at night all the time.”

“Pros: the apartment itself is very nice Cons: there are many things that I don't like - the common area/mail room is always dirty and have a weird smell - everything broke down (the hallway broke, the light to the garbage room broke, the front door broke) - they even have mice in the garbage room - dirty laundry room, leak water Advice to landlord: please upgrade/clean the common area”
