“Pros: Super is responsive Building is well-maintained Location is excellent Elevator and laundry in building Cons: Management company is difficult to get ahold of Walls on the thin side Advice to landlord: Invest in sound proofing insulation when you renovate apartments. Instruct your employees to actually return phone calls and be more accessible.”
