“Pros: Great location (near train and grocery store). Safe building. Clean building. Pay for pest control. It was a good deal for the first two years. Cons: Landlord unprofessional and unpleasant to communicate with. Heat does not work very well and the landlord was combative when asking to fix. It has the square footage of a one bedroom but is a 3 bedroom. No live in super. Have to do own garbage service.”
