“Pros: great neighborhood and great rent price. friendly local owners. Cons: sometimes there are loud neighbors. had to call the cops due to a domestic dispute.”

“Pros: Management was responsive to negotiating rent during COVID. Spacious 1BR, wood floors, brick walls. Cat friendly. Regular exterminator service. Extremely friendly and responsive super. Great location Cons: Severe water damage to ceiling/roof in common areas. Management has not adequately remedied fire/electrical hazards from water issues. Plumbing issues (pipe leaks, backed up bathtubs, toilet overflows causing ceiling leaks in apartments below). A few belligerent/confrontational neighbors. Poor security (persistent mail theft, broken deadbolts). Sometimes loud (garbage collection early in the mornings, honking commuters on 1st Ave)”
