“Unit 3B Pros: Location is great, super did eventually fix our problems, price was decent for size Cons: Took way too long to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling (months) kept just painting over it. Also there are dead cockroaches on the traps in the laundry room that haven't been removed in over a year. When we had a mouse in our apt they just left a bag of glue traps on the door, that's it. I ended up getting better traps and catching the mouse myself Advice to landlord: Change ur email, give us physical cards for the laundry, CLEAN THE LAUNDRY ROOMS!”

— 641 EAST 9 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Amenities liek laundry and a roof deck, location and big apts for the neighborhood. Cons: Pay for your own heat, but at least you can control the temperature. Other buildings are too hot or too cold sometimes. Advice to landlord: Better cleaning and trash management”
— 417 EAST 12 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 4A Pros: The unit was updated, the street was relatively quiet. Across from a park so nice open views, but more opportunity for rodents. Cons: The building management and super were very very unresponsive when I requested help/issues within my unit. There was a couple on the 3rd floor that screamed bloody murder and argue (not sure if they live there anymore) Advice to landlord: Be more responsive”

— 417 EAST 12 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: • Building was on a great block • Nice appliances Cons: • Everything else • Garbage management was horrendous • Dead cockroaches in the hallway • Condescending building manager • Automatic heat radiator was turned on for a few weeks during summer time • Seemingly no care for the building”
— 417 EAST 12 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: It was okay but if I had to do the pandemic in it, I would’ve moved out for sure Cons: Cockroaches came out of the tub drain routinely. One time a roach fell on me as I showered.”
