“Pros: This is a very well-maintained building with a nice and helpful staff. The apartment interiors are on the older side, but very spacious with big windows and nice balconies. The amenities are great, especially the rooftop swimming pool (rare in older buildings) which is open during the summer months. The gym off the lobby is also very nice with lots of natural light. Very few problems with bugs. Maintenance is fast and responsive. Cons: The only slight issue I've had is noise from neighbors (upstairs and next door/across the hall) and I've had to do some of my own soundproofing.”

“Pros: Great staff and spotless building. Including laundry room. Hi-tech with emails on incoming packages and food deliveries with notification by phone. Separate thermostats for heat and A/C controlled by tenant. Cons: Location is a little out of the way but amenities make up for it. Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you are doing and you will always be full.”
