“Pros: Great location, great building staff, safe, good vibes, well built Cons: Expensive, heating/AC unit didn’t work perfectly but was good enough. No major issues and staff would come look quick.”

“Pros: In unit washer dryer, great light, modern finishes Cons: very expensive compared to other neighborhood buildings, especially with the tax abatement fee (they really jack it up after your first year)”

“Pros: I’ve lived here for almost two years and been very happy. The staff is nice and very responsive. The gym is very nice and clean. The apartment is clean with great water pressure and nice natural light from big windows. It’s centrally located. Cons: The landlord raised the rent somewhat significantly and now only use an AI assistant for communications. I would have liked to have stayed with Equity but needed a bigger space and could not meaningfully engage with Equity to try to finer one. Advice to landlord: Make a better effort to keep good tenants who want to stay.”

“Pros: Unique architecture Well maintained Pin drop quiet (at least for rear facing apartments) Great location Cons: Management not always responsive Some of the finishes are starting to wear after 10 years, both in the apartments and the common areas Roof capacity is low for building size Very expensive for the mid-grade interior finishes”

“Unit 6F Pros: Floor to ceiling windows. Cons: You have to pay to use the gym in the basement”

“Pros: Close to the subway. Great location. Cons: They let anyone have access to the building. Advice to landlord: Could be a lot more secure.”

“Pros: Ok units. Ok amenities. Awesome doormen. Cons: EXTREMELY LOUD CONSTRUCTION DIRECTLY OUTSIDE WINDOW DO NOT MOVE HERE. SEVERAL MONTHS WITH NO END IN SIGHT. Also, there are two elevators. One of them is literally always out of service. I’m not talking about short term. Like consistently over the past 3 years, very rarely are both elevators working simultaneously. It is totally unacceptable for such a large and expensive building. Can sometimes take 10 minutes to get from my floor, to outside of the building because of the elevator wait times. Also water pressure and hot water in my bathroom aren’t great Advice to landlord: OFFER REDUCED RENT DURING THIS INSNAE CONSTRUCTION. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE ELEVATORS.”
