“Pros: Nice neighbors and a backyard Cons: David stores his over sized belongings in our unit, The heat does not work, throughout the winter the apartment was around 58 degrees. The WiFi is terrible and now that I am moving out he has changed the network name and password without communicating it to me. I have been paying $75 a month for utilities that do not work. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN. I would classify him as a sociopath and straight up a**hole Advice to landlord: Fix this shit”
