“Pros: Great location, super close to m/r trains with n/w trains also accessible - convenient for when one station is having delays or interruptions to have an alternative option. Cafes, shopping, restaurants, & night life. Cons: Cleanliness and noise Advice to landlord: Be more responsive”

“Pros: Loved the location and size of the apartment! Just a short walk away from trains, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Cons: Everything else: There were some issues with things like water, pests, and even sewage. Getting in touch with the landlord was difficult and even after getting in touch, a lot of our concerns were dismissed Advice to landlord: It would be nice to have a dedicated superintendent and/or someone else to contact for immediate concerns”

“Pros: Close proximity to subway: Under 5 minute walk to (M, R, E) & under 10 min walk to (N, W). Great to have options of train lines and stations for delays or shut downs. Starbucks on the corner as well as a lot of grocery & dining options nearby. Nice neighbors and community. Spacious, well lit apartment. Decently enjoyed living here. Cons: Hallways were not always clean and frequent bug spotting. Advice to landlord: Monitor hallways more frequently for cleanliness & hole/paint repairs.”
