“Pros: Great neighborhood, lovely neighbors, some beautiful finishes Cons: Building is in disrepair. Severe pest issues (roaches and mice). Totally unresponsive to maintenance issues even emergent ones. Advice to landlord: Listen to tenant concerns and fix issues.”
