“Pros: Cheap for what it's worth, they do clean the common areas regularly although not squeaky clean Cons: Soooo many rats on this street due to an abandoned building two doors down. Management doesn't care about you they just want your money”

“Unit C3 Pros: The building is pre-war with apartments nicely renovated and in my experience the landlord is responsive for repairs and any other concerns (they put in a camera when we started having packages being stolen). They have the common areas cleaned on a regular basis. They seem to do their very best to maintain the trash area but some tenants are better then others about neatly disposing of their trash/recyclables. Cons: It would be nice to have laundry in the building but what are you gonna do. I take it to the wash and fold down the street.”
