There were times when even with the windows open it would be 80-90 degrees in the unit. I also had issues with mail theft. ALSO, according to NYCDEP this building historically has lead water pipes, please be aware and careful.”

In our night there, the peak reached 85 decibels. they refused to give our 2 months payed in advance rent for this INHABITABLE apartmet! we are going through a nightmare with this terrible people. Advice to landlord: don't put on the market an apartment that it is NOT LIVABLE”
