“Pros: Very quiet in the back of building. Street is amazing. Upper units get plenty of sun. Cons: Everything is dated but still works. Windows need to be replaced as well as most flooring. Advice to landlord: Do annual window review/maintenance. Monitor AC units and water leakage.”
