“Pros: Spacious, relatively cheap, amazing location Cons: I’ve struggled with extremely noisy, nasty neighbors for years. The building is constructed with paper (can hear conversations above and below me); poor window insulation; insufficient heating. Landlord is unresponsive and does not deal with complaints sent over email. I will be moving soon and contributing to the average stay of less than 3 years. Advice to landlord: Read your emails. Respond to noise complaints. Discipline tenants who are not complying with the lease.”
