“Pros: Nice, clean, new. Cons: Management is hard to deal with. Got locked out for 1-2 hours in the middle of the winter because the front door to the building broke and no one's building key worked. Advice to landlord: Improve management responsiveness and amity and you'll have an amazing place! Also, please have fallbacks in place for emergencies!”
