“Pros: Located next to station, close to laundry and grocery stores Cons: Absolutely filthy. Bed bugs, roaches, rats throughout the building. Heating was inconsistent. Never had an issue with neighbors. Had to contact landlord several times after moving out to get my deposit back. Advice to landlord: Take better care of your property!”
