“Pros: It has a laundry room, the clean the building everyday if not every other. Garbage room gets cleaned! Cons: Alot of junkies sleep in the building or in the building, management SUCKS! roaches n mice ! Advice to landlord: GET PEOPLE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE WE SPEAK!!!”

“Unit 6L Pros: Garbage is on point. Cons: Extremely noisy with neighbors and in the street so good luck with sleep. Walls are thin. Elevators constantly needed to be worked on. People are intimidating.domestic violence is never paid attention to. Kids get kidnapped and raped within the building and within the area (was on news). No other way to get in building other than an fob, no security or police. Anybody including drug addicts can get in building and break into apartments, I'm a victim of an attempted one. No other way to pay rent other than mail in and that even get screwed up. For a section 8 building everything is at the tenants expense. Advice to landlord: Money isn't everything. Care more about your tenants than the rent.”
