“Pros: Big rooms, renovated appliances, minimal outside noise Cons: So many roaches, management tried to make me find a tenant to replace me when I chose not to renew (not my job), one awful roommate in particular, upstairs neighbors fighting loudly all the time, no repainting or cleaning between tenants”
