“Pros: Spacious and had sufficient heating Cons: Dealt with major roach problem. Garbage area also had frequent rats. Often had packages stolen. Street can often get noisy.”

“Pros: Location, price, windows Cons: Rodents, bugs, noises heater, noises street, dirty common areas, total lack of professionalism from landlord. Advice to landlord: Stop lying to tenants, be responsive, Stop being childish, petty, and rude. The worst landlord I’ve ever had, basically a lying child who avoids doing the job and is completely not trustworthy.”
