“Unit 6F Pros: Tenants Association, Close to train, 24-hour bodega downstairs Cons: Mice and Roach infestations, low water pressure, elevator often out of service, management company is not responsive, shoddy repairs, management treats newer white tenants differently than they treat longtime Black and brown tenants, no super on site, electrical wiring old and insufficient Advice to landlord: Maintain your building and treat tenants with respect. It's not rocket science.”
