“Pros: Good location. Nice sized apartments. Solid neighbors. Cons: Mice everywhere. Staircase is slowly collapsing. Water damage in walls, likely mold.”

“Pros: Cheap and well located. Cons: Illegal building behind a building. Had to walk through an often flooded underground tunnel to reach building”
