“Unit 4th floor Pros: Only 4 floor Cons: Roaches, neighborhood gets louder during warmer weather. Some violence. Halls are smelly at times and unclean. Advice to landlord: please pay someone to clean up! the dreadloc super is nice and does what he can but it needs to be mopped at least once a week!”
