Pros: Neighbors are quiet and it gets the perfect amount of light Cons: Neighborhood might be a bit dark in the dark, but in terms of safety it’s okay. I walk alone a lot at night and nothing has ever happened to me

Unit 6 Pros: Serviced apartment with Cons: The living conditions are not as stated in the contract. They told me the apartment is on the 3rd floor. It’s actually on the 4th floor. They have an onboarding app that lets you know who is moving in with you and hid the fact that those other parties are actually couples. I am paying 2000$ for a room of size 50sq ft. My roommates said they ended up cleaning the whole place because there was mold in the fridge and the company claimed that they are not required to provide a clean apartment before moving in. Advice to landlord: number of occupants in one apartment has exceeded the contract

Pros: Remodeling looks nice Cons: The building is half temporary/transient apartments (June Homes) and half permanent apartments and it's not really a good mix. June homes tenants are younger, single and more lively (sorry!) and the permanent tenants are older and families and like it more quiet. I've heard a couple of tiffs in the hallway about noise and putting garbage in the wrong place. The building really needs to be either all temporary apts or all permanent apts. The hallways are never really clean and our mailboxes are broken and apartments are shared and small (the pics online make them look much bigger) so pray that whoever they room you with is clean because housekeeping only comes once (sometimes not) a week. Oh and beware....on a warm day the smell of garbage on first level is disgusting (it's coming from the basement) Advice to landlord: Get it together people!
