“Unit 2D Pros: The building did not have any pests, which was really the only pro. Cons: The apartments are cheaply made and maintained and overpriced. Nothing worked including the combo washer/dryer machine. The electric heating was incrediby weak and left me freezing in the winter. The windows were thin, which made for terrible weather and noise insulation. The super was nonresponsive, he had to be contacted multiple time to address any single issue, and he was rude when he did respond. All staff were rude. Advice to landlord: Get out of the rental industry.”

“Unit 2 Pros: Great location, close to the park Cons: Heating was extremely loud, we had cockroaches here and there Advice to landlord: Better garbage handling”
