“Pros: Great Chinatown location, lots of restaurants and groceries nearby, conveniently close to many train stations, public library a block away Cons: Massive rat infestation and roach problem that was dismissed multiple times despite repeatedly and consistently notifying management. Problem got progressively worse until Management finally addressed the issue seriously and got a proper consultant four months after initial notification. Also, packages were stolen on a regular basis.”
