“Pros: Quiet, safe, landlord was responsive. No problems with stolen packages. Cons: The lobby and stairwells were filthy and smelly all the time. Advice to landlord: Make super clean the lobby and stairwell.”

“Pros: Cheap rent, decent location, and decent space. Cons: No natural light, not many amenities, smells bad. Advice to landlord: Update the building hallways and try to combat the smell.”
