“Pros: Location Thick walls Good water pressure Decently clean Cons: Unresponsive management and absent super Unreliable heat in winter Occasionally broken lock on front door Difficult to deal with management when moving out”

“Pros: Good location and price Cons: Told management there was a huge rodent issue with mice running everywhere, told me to leave the door open to let the mice out until the exterminator could get there a week later. Even after exterminator, rodent issue was never fixed, ended up moving out Advice to landlord: Do your job and be responsive and fix tenant issues”

“Pros: Location is great. Building is decent. Neighbors are great. Cons: Garbage piles up in closets on each floor. Mice often live in the closets cause of it. Super, Marco, is unresponsive and not helpful. Building manager, Amir, is a jerk and often dismissive of issues raised. Advice to landlord: Learn to help your tenants. Don’t dismiss them when they raise issues, they just want help. Take better care of your property.”
