“Unit 1B Pros: Great location near public transport and Prospect Park, friendly neighbors and area. Cons: So many housing violations with zero responsiveness from management. Door buzzer for entire building has been broken since 2017. Advice to landlord: Fix what you know is broken!”

“Pros: Neighbors are nice Cons: Poor heat in winter, no pest control, very difficult to get any repairs done, building manager is unbelievably cheap (will not buy lids for garbage cans for example). Advice to landlord: Get a new building manager bc David is an idiot. He’s clearly too lazy to efficiently manage a building.”
