“Pros: apartment was nice enough Cons: management was horrible, wouldn't respond when our hot water was off for ~2 weeks in the winter. There was a fire in the basement and the management denied its existence... we had to sprint out the building at 4am because the entire stairwell was filled with smoke.”

“Unit 20 Pros: Almost all new college grads live in this building. The apartments are newly renovated so fairly nice. Granite countertops, wood floor Cons: Management is extremely unresponsive to anything besides simple maintenance requests. My packages get stolen all the time and when I asked for the security camera footage to give to the police management said they couldn’t find it. Advice to landlord: Respond to your residents! Get a full time property manager that we can email with our problems and work with. Make it less easy for the package thief’s to get in”
