“Pros: The neighbors are super friendly and the landlords are great too. Everyone in the building coordinates to make sure everything is working well. Never want to leave this place. Cons: The street gets busy and loud during the day. The building is also old so the floors creak quite a bit, and the heat doesn’t get super warm. Advice to landlord: Update the heating system and fix some of the floors”
