“Pros: We had a great building that was well ran but management wanted to cut costs and let the Super go. Cons: No one onsite and things falling apart. Lease over soon and out of here. Management does not listen to the tenants or care. This is a big building an all done remote.”

“Unit 3F Pros: Remarkably clean, newly renovated, well managed. Great building, staff, and tenants! Cons: Slight issue with heating during snowstorm, but quickly resolved.”
