“Pros: The apartment is nice, and the area is relatively quiet. That said, the apartment itself is comfortable, and the amenities are good. Cons: However, I was hoping for more activities or events to get involved with.”

“Pros: I loved my room. High ceilings. Individual heat/air conditioning controls. Great bathroom! Peaceful views of the backyard. Fairly close to public transportation options. Flexible lease options. Cons: Lots of 420 action in the building, even though it’s supposed to be nonsmoking. Many water leakage-related maintenance issues. The neighborhood is a little sketch. I never felt safe here. Advice to landlord: Inspect the apartments more often and proactively handle maintenance and 420 issues.”
