“Pros: Beautiful home - the feel of a Brooklyn brownstone without paying an arm and a leg Cons: Management likes to pretend they dont have 5-7 strangers living together in EACH unit. Has been slow to respond to emails informing tenants when they move out, and some maintenance requests can take up to a month to fully resolve. I lived in the upstairs unit and our hot water did not work for over a month despite different contractors coming weekly. Advice to landlord: Increase timeliness to tenant emails. Also needs to disperse security deposits faster.”
