“Pros: Close to train. Relatively safe. Neighbourhood feel away from a lot of tourist noise Walking Distance from Yankee stadium Cons: New management and rent increase with it that tried to raise it to market price. Water pressure is fine but hot water does not last long. Very outdated appliances”

“Pros: It’s a 10 minute walk from the 4 and D train. Close to Yankee stadium and Bronx Market is in walking distance. Cons: Hallways are sometimes a bit dirty”
