“Pros: Super is awesome and the building is always warm Cons: Property owner wasn’t prompt about responding to our emails”

“Pros: The only positive thing about this building is the Super, who lives in the building. He is responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. Cons: The actual management is horrendous. Our home was broken into multiple times. They left our unit exposed, vulnerable, and unprotected. They will do absolutely nothing over a weekend. So if your home is broken into on the weekend, and Police are dispatched to your home, please know that no help will be offered until business hours starting on Monday. It’s criminal, negligent, and downright immoral. Advice to landlord: Hire Knowledgeable, equipped and non-lazy employees. Create a work environment that values great tenants. Place safety and protection of your tenants as your number one priority.”

“Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Super does not respond to anything Buzzer lock and intercom system always breaking and company seems to be in a fight with the vendor Advice to landlord: Get a more responsive super, fix the locks, do some maintenance and stop trying to raise rent in pandemics where better buildings w more amenities are renting for cheaper”
