“Pros: - Relatively clean as super cleaned very often - Neighbors were quiet and mostly stuck to themselves - Renovated units are very nice and pretty good for what you pay Cons: - Walk up building (not a problem for some) - Garbage is inside the building not outside (super did do a great job of cleaning/upkeep though)”

“Pros: Great location, friendly residents. Quiet building. Cons: The landlord is irresponsible and Not responsive. No super on site, problems take 1 week+. Heat didn’t work and the landlord completely did not care. Bad light if facing the other building. Advice to landlord: Please be a better person”
