“Pros: No major issues, no pests. Cons: Management can be a bit slow to respond to the rare issue, but not horribly slow.”

“Pros: Management was responsive at the beginning of lease. Hallways were always clean Cons: Management ignored us while we had a leak & hole in our ceiling for months - until we said we would leave did they come and fix it. Bathroom had weird construction issues and SO MANY bugs coming out of the walls and light fixtures.”
