“Pros: Amazing super Raule! Great location. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Spacious units. Cons: Broken appliances. Poor isolation. Old a/c units. The worst Con is the mold growing from the 4th floor and up. Management kept painting over it instead of actually treating it. Advice to landlord: Fix the mold”
