“Pros: Good access to prospect park, subways, and Franklin Ave/PLG restaurant and bar offerings. Cons: Roach infested unit (probably 75+ roaches over 6 months), rat infested courtyard (where you take garbage), unannounced water shutoffs (at least 6 -7 times in a year), completely unresponsive management. Super means well but is overextended, thus inconsistent (if any) follow-through on repairs/requests.”

“Pros: Everyone keeps to themselves no drama Cons: Terrible no experience super .Management never respond. Apartments are falling apart .So much violations reported nothing done. Quick to take your money with no service Advice to landlord: Check your buildings every 2 weeks or so.Provide and connect to the families.We are humans treat us like one”
