“Pros: Rent stabilized and the super is great. The area isn’t the most exciting a few blocks around but the garden is always nice Cons: Neighbors are pretty loud and inconsiderate and the pest control isn’t great. Landlord is a bit shady and there are zero amenities if you’re not in a renovated unit Advice to landlord: Update more than legally required”
